Naturopathic Consultation: Information is gathered to establish individual imbalances contributing to ill-health. Lifestyle changes are recommended in order to restore balance. These can include nutrition (food as well as nutritional supplementation where necessary), exercise, stress management (including massage etc), Homeopathic remedies, Herbal remedies and Bach Flower remedies.
1 hour consultation: $65
30 mins consultation: $35
Supplements, Homeopathic remedies, Herbal remedies and Bach Flower remedies are charged extra, above consultation fee's.
Massage Treatments: This is effective for reducing stress and aiding relaxation. Circulation is increased delivering oxygen and nutrients to the body cells and cellular wastes and toxins are taken away. Massage encourages better sleep; improved breathing; decreased depression, anxiety and fatigue. Relaxation massage can include Aromatherapy (essential oils) and Reflexology to maximize treatment outcomes.
